Advanced Table Pad Filler Materials
Lo-Sorb™ Low X-Ray Absorption Table Pads
Designed for imaging applications involving contrast media at low to mid-diagnostic energy ranges, Lo-Sorb™ pads deliver superior low attenuation performance, with 0.065mm aluminum equivalent per inch of pad thickness. They come standard with a durable black urethane-coated nylon upholstery.
Pressure Displacing Foam™
Our standard 2 lb. density foam offers excellent pressure displacement during long procedures while maintaining radiolucency for artifact-free imaging. Attenuation properties are equivalent to 0.2mm of aluminum.
Contour Foam™
Originally developed for NASA, Contour Foam™ provides excellent body support and pressure relief. The 2-inch thickness offers attenuation equivalent to 2.66mm of aluminum while remaining radiolucent.
Lami-Foam™
Combining Contour Foam and Super-Support Foam, Lami-Foam™ offers superior comfort and support to prevent bottoming out during extended procedures. It provides 2mm aluminum equivalent attenuation and artifact-free imaging performance.
Super-Support Foam™
Ideal for procedures requiring extra-firm support, Super-Support Foam™ features our exclusive waterproof PolyGuard™ coating. This 2-inch foam material offers attenuation equivalent to 0.86mm of aluminum and maintains radiolucency.
