Our Customer Care team will reach out with a returns merchandise authorization number, and shipping instructions.
If repair or customization work other than warranty is requested, a quote will be provided.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. Warranty claim returns, once authorized, must be shipped, freight paid to our warehouse.
Returns are made for exchange or merchandise credit only and must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Merchandise credits are redeemable for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
All product returns for credit must be in original packaging and in new and resalable condition.
