Z™ Aprons – SuperLightweight O.R. Quick-Drop

Z™ Aprons are in stock and ready to ship!  AADCO manufactures these lead aprons in bulk and in limited colors.  While we produce these lead aprons with the same high quality materials as RayShield® and ComfortLite™, this makes them available at a reduced cost. These items come with AADCO’s 2-Year warranty.

Quick-Drop aprons are intended to be worn under a surgical gown.  Velcro fasteners release from the sides so that the lead apron can slide off and out from under a gown easily.  Most importantly, this means the user isn’t breaking the sterile field when removing the apron.

0.5mm X-Ban® provides advanced protection to users:

• 98% attenuation of scattered radiation at 80 kVp
• 94.1% attenuation at 100 kVp

These independent test results are certified by the National Physical Laboratory, and as a result, this protection meets the BS EN 6133-1:2002 standard.
