BUSINESS TRAVEL REQUEST

all travel and travel-related expenses must be approved by management no less than two weeks in advance in order to be reimbursable.

Travel WILL NOT be reimbursed, and may not be approved if:

Travel has not been approved AT LEAST two weeks in advance

Travel is booked BEFORE obtaining the approval of management

Written approval is not submitted along with travel-related expenses and receipts
