If you wish to return eligible merchandise, please provide us with the information requested below. Our Customer Care team will reach out with a returns merchandise authorization number, and shipping instructions. If repair or customization work other than warranty is requested, a quote will be provided. RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY
Prior authorization is required on all returns. Warranty claim returns, once authorized, must be shipped, freight paid to our warehouse. Returns are made for exchange or merchandise credit only and must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Merchandise credits are redeemable for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. All product returns for credit must be in original packaging and in new and resalable condition.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
• If the error is on AADCO’s part, the customer will receive a replacement or 100% credit to their account for the merchandise. On all other returns, there is a 20% restocking fee.
• All returns must be shipped in the original packaging. Returns must be in saleable condition and are subject to inspection and approval prior to authorization of credit.
• Merchandise found defective will be repaired or replaced at the sole option of AADCO Medical, Inc.
• Merchandise credit will only be issued for returned merchandise that is approved.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping to AADCO’s facility.
• AADCO Medical, Inc. liability for damages resulting from the use of any of its products shall not exceed the original or replacement cost of that product.
