AADCO Medical’s Hercules Suspension System, is a new standard  in durability & flexibility, to meet the needs of all of today’s Diagnostic & Interventional  Lab Environment... and there are Hercules Systems designed to operate safely in MRI Enviroments as well.

Each heavyweight Hercules Counterpoised Arm has a dynamic load lifting range that is adjustable from 4 to 45 Kilograms, 8.8 to 99 lbs. That’s delicate enough to handle an Examination Lamp & Heavy enough to lift a 3 over 3 LCD array...

The Hercules is designed for durability and light operating weight. Eliminating weak points in stamped metal and cold welds, that can fail in most overhead systems, The Hercules is precision machined of 6063 T5 and T6 High Strength Aircraft Grade Aluminum, that is stronger than steel of equal weight and Stainless Steel at critical articulation and wear points. There are no cold welds or weak points to fail in our UL Validated and Certified Hercules Systems.

Hercules System can be configured with one or two heavy lifting arms (up to 45 Kg. 99 lbs.) and one Hercules light lifter arm (up to 21 Kg. 46 lbs.) The light lifter is designed with internal wiring for powering examination and surgical lamps and other lighweight devices.  That is, up to, a total of 3 counterpoised lifting arms all capable of rotating 360 degress about a central axis.
Our medium duty Hercules 360 degree Rotational Central Axis can handle up to 3 arms each and can be electrified, for Surgical or examination lamps, one or 2 LCD's or other devices.

Optionally, the Hercules can be fitted with articulating arms that provide a large internal wiring chases traveling from device to ceiling, for entirely concealed wiring. The chase in the suspension arm is 2.25 inches wide by 0.75 inches high allowing for a variety of internal cabling needs.

Hercules Medium Duty Arms, for loads up to 21 Kg.(46 lbs.) are also available in traditional single and Dual Mount configurations.

Hercules Systems can be fixed mounted in one ceiling location or Track mounted. Two Track sizes are available, depending on overall load. Custom Track Lengths are available to suit a wide variety of needs, available in both Conventional and MRI-Safe® Models . . .
