MRI-Safe® Mobile Examination Lamp

The MRI-Safe® Mobile Lamp runs on DC 24 volt power and offers adjustable focus with a light intensity of 48,000 Lux at 0.8 meters distance from one 24 Volt, 50 watt halogen bulb. The Lamp Head is 22cm. diameter and provides a focusable illuminated field size of 14 to 25 cm. The lamp is fully tested to 3 Tesla and UL listed. The lamp operates from a remote (outside the lab) disconnectable 120 Volt AC to DC transformer that provides 24VDC through a 30 foot RF shielded cable. The mobile stand is made entirely of non-magnetic materials and moves easily on 5 casters. The offset design of the stand allows the lamp very close to the table and in most cases places the lamp over the table. With one hand the lamp can be focused, tilted and rotated 360 degrees.
